Co-founder and former ED of the Earth Elders 501c3, Reboot the Future, and the Celtic Collective, Stephen is a long-time advocate for systemic change and regeneration. He is the co-author of 'Imaginal Cells: Visions' and 'The Regenerative Enterprise'.

A bridge-builder between regenerative finance, Indigenous-led ecosystem regeneration, and ecological design. Thomas brings strategic vision and on-the-ground partnership experience to the Fund's work across the 52 bio-cultural territories.

Regenerative design strategist weaving inclusive ecosystem leadership through whole-systems thinking. With 15+ years across peace-building, cultural heritage stewardship, and environmental education, Sarah works at the intersection of soil, soul, and story.
Finance Director
Finance Director from The Earth Elders, Naomi brings disciplined financial stewardship and operational integrity to the Fund's work. She oversees the financial architecture that supports the Council's mandates and ensures resources flow with transparency and care.

Executive Director of The Earth Elders, Ken brings decades of leadership in spiritual ecology, interfaith dialogue, and global civil society. He guides the operational stewardship of the Earth Elders' mandates worldwide.
Guiding Council — Founder & Convenor, The Earth Elders
Otomi-Toltec guardian, ritual ceremony officer, and global advocate for Indigenous peoples and the rights of nature. In 2013, following the historic gathering of over one hundred Elders, Mindahi was appointed to steward the Five Mandates and guide humanity back into balance with the living world.
